Hello The surgeon that did one of my procedures does this. I think it is called Blephorasty and if my memory serves me correctly it costs around 11-12,000AED ( for each area) His name is Dr Jaffar Khan. He used to be on Al Wasl but has moved now and i dont know where sorry If you Google him you should find him
