Market place JW Marriott Deira, it's 275 per person including soft drinks coffee & tea but there are vouchers in the Entertainer family you can use for Thursday / Friday nights (not the brunch) It includes 3 restaurants- the bamboo lagoon & market place both have live seafood cooking with good variety of lobsters, shrimps & local fish, baked salmon, in addition to cold seafood like oysters, crabs, shrimps, smoked salmon, etc. There are vouchers for bamboo lagoon in fine dining - 200 per person weekdays and again there is live sea food cooking

Seafood market in the meridian is quite nice. But depending on what you order it can become expensive.

Try Flooka in Dubai Marine Beach Resort. The view and the atmosphere are fantastic, the seafood is fresh and tasty, the prices are decent (the main and the starter will be around 200 pp) and they have a good variety of alcohol. Also I would like to add that fancy and low price unfortunately do not go well together in Dubai... lol, yeah i know fancy and not expensive do got together here but I mean reasonably priced. thanks for the recommendation, the menu online is quite limited maybe there is more when you there.

Sammach in Souk Al Bahar is very popular, and also Al Hallab Bab Al Bahar on the Boulevard. Both are reasonably priced for seafood.
