So.... Heard about concept 10 10 but wondering if it's too good to be true.... Anyone done it and seen results?? For those of you who don't know concept 10 10 promises you to be in shape with only 20 mins exercise a week....

I've done it for a couple of months in their studio in JLT. I liked the atmosphere (you're alone with the trainer, cool room, no other people, not much talking during exercises) and the fact that you really made progress (in terms of measuring the amount of weights you're able to do until your muscles fail). Lots of my colleagues used to do it because it requires little time (20 min is about right). What I didn't like: no cardio, no warm up phase (so in my mind, a higher risk for injuries with the weights) and no real feeling of having worked out (you honestly don't sweat). I would say if you're trying to get/stay fit, it's probably not so ideal bec there's no cardio training, it somehow requires a general fitness you already have to have. If you're looking for a short, effective way of muscle build-up/training, then it could be good. However, it's quite expensive for that.
