Hello Everyone,
I will be going to So Spa for the first time I have never been to a spa before. I would like to know the dos and don'ts and what to wear etc.

Hey Daza, Thanks for the lovely advice. What about using the spa facilities like sauna and hydrotherapy pool? I dont wear a bikini can I wear something else? Wear whatever you would normally wear in the pool, I've seen women in the full range of things from bikinis to burkinis, shorts and t-shirts, leggings and long tops. In the sauna you could just keep your robe on if you are comfortable in that.

Wear anything you want, you will be given a robe to wear while you are there. Depending on the treatment they will also give you disposable underwear to wear or you can keep your own on if you prefer. I leave jewellery at home when I go to a spa, it saves worrying about losing it. I always have a mint before a treatment so I don't breathe coffee/lunch all over the therapist. After advice on here it's also a good idea to have mints to offer one the the therapist if they need it :) Hope you have a lovely relaxing time.
