prices are still the same if you go to immigration office, ie, 2000 aed security deposit and 750 aed for 1 month visa. i have heard that there are travel agents that process visa for 400 Aed for 1 month without any security deposit although i don't know if that is legal here.

There are also tourist companies outwhere that process 14 day visas but i dont have their contact info. Maybe she can look for them in UK or call UAE embasay there.

Hi, you need to go to the nearest immigration office. Then, submit colored copy of friend's passport first page, typed application (usually there is a typing office next to immigration) and deposit of around 2,000 aed with your salary certificate and passport. 30 day visa can go up to 750 aed. I processed a visa for a friend through such means a year ago so all prices maybe outdated. However , typing office can tell you all details. Central immigration has ladies wait room and are very efficient.

My adivce would be to contact the Hungarian Embassy in Dubai. They should be able to advise you on what you need to do.

Hi my friend would like to come to Dubai in Decenber to visit, she is currently living in the UK, but has a Hungarian passport. Although Hungry is part of the EU, they do not get a visa on arrival. She is looking at flying with Royal Brunei as it is much cheaper then emirates, but what I wanted to know is how do I go about getting a visit visa for her? I have looked on the Dubai.ae website and from what I understand I have to sponsor her? If anyone has applied for a tourist or visit visa for a friend recently please can you tell me how I go about this? I'm a little stumped here..... Thank you so much ladies
