Good school for speech therapy

Hey Hi,
I have a nephew 4.5 yrs old. He cant speak properly and doctor has suggested special speach therapy for him. I have been to Save Centre, Dubai and British Academy. He is already admitted in CAS, American School but school Management has reservations about keeping him in school because of his lesser interactions with teacher and kids. They suggested assesment from British Academy who have suggested speech therapy first before admitting him to school. Kindly let me know any good speech therapy centres or sessions in Dubai. We are living in Discovery gardens - Dubai, would appreciate the nearest option if any.
