Dear Expat Woman,

We have just purchased several "Dream Catcher" memory foam mattress toppers for our home: http://www.groupon.ae/deals/national-deal/Silent-Night-Toppers/8895882

They are of very poor quality and not worth the money. We would like a refund but it appears that this will not be possible, as per Groupon policy. Has anyone had success with getting a refund from Groupon? Any and all advice would be so greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

Dana

Guess what?! We were not satisfied with the mattress topper that we bought. We felt that it was not like the one advertised on the site. We returned it in person to the Groupon Office in Media City AND they refunded our money within minutes! They were extremely professional with amazing customer service. I now have renewed confidence in Groupon. Thank you for your responses. edited by dls on 23/08/2012 LOL !!

Its their policy to not refund and they stick to it. Perhaps just contact the people who were selling the foam mattress and ask for refund?
