I agree with Moonberry on my Healthfactory experience. THe meals came warm, with the frozen ice piece, not even frozen. I was home when they dropped it off at 6am, so I know it hadn't been frozen at ALL. The only postives I had with them was to learn about portions, and the forcing me to try new foods. Good luck!

Health factory was a big disappointment. Signed up for 1 month. Gave them my list of food allergies. One day my entire lunch consisted of yellow rice, 5 peas and 2 slices of mushroom in the entire serving. I emailed them a photo and complained. Didn't improve much thereafter. After a month of controlled meals - I put on 3,5kg too! Big waste of money and time.

they operate as "health factory". i tried them about 4 years ago, so not sure how relevant is my experience. they deliver in the morning, 5 portions of nicely packed and delicious food, mind you, only feels delicious for max 4-6 weeks, after that it is impossible to continue on living on it, your stomach refuses. Their nutritionist called me and evaluated over the phone... lol...was very basic, and unprofessional. anyways, if low-calorie diets work for you and you only need to loose a few kgs, give a try. otherwise find something better.
