But have they opened the road between Springs and Hessa STreet now? Went down Hessa st on weekend and thought it looked open but there were still so many cones wasn't quite brave enough to explore. Anyone?

I don't think it's open (but I could be wrong). At the Springs end, they still have the concrete barriers across the road so you can't drive straight across under the overpass (if oyu know what I mean).
