Anyone leaving the Lakes area in the next 2 weeks that are in a 3+ Bed + Maid, + Study that will need to be rented out?

We are really struggling to find a house that is decent enough. We have 1 short listed so far but it is smaller than what we are currently living in which will mean hocking off a bit of furniture. Its a nice place, its just a case of do we do the smaller thing or try to find something else in the next 2 weeks. <sigh>

We will consider Meadows and Springs but must be 1E types in the springs.
I'm struggling with estate agents at the moment. I've rung about 20 property listings to see if I can go view the villas and only 3 out of those agents called have actually bothered to ring me back. 1 hasn't listened to a word I have said about what sort of property we want and where and keeps calling me back with stuff that isn't suitable. I feel like I'm banging my head against a brick wall.

We don't want to move outside of these areas must be within Emirates Living.
TIA

It is the same size as the property I looked at a couple of days ago, not backing onto the lake, but the carpark instead. Unfortunately the villa is 1 space too short either an open loft area or bedroom. And even with that we'd still need to sell off some stuff to fit (which doesn't bother us, we need to do this anyway)... <sigh> it is exhausting!

Re Hamptons - I called them at 3pm with another query (I work in relocation) and no one has called me back yet, or emailed me - but they are not terribly efficient!

I've just had a look on their website, if it is one they have registered it is 200K with Lake View. That is one of the other criteria we can't have is lake view. I have a beagle who can jump a 6 foot fence so I'm sure I'd find him swimming in the lake many times with such a small fence on the lake views. he he he. I have a beagle too and I live in The Lakes, but mine is almost 9 now and gave up vertical take off soon after he arrived here over 6 years ago! We are on the lake but in Zulal, why not just add more fence to keep the little beast in?? The lake view is so nice especially in the evening as you get a breeze!

I just called our landlords and they have a Forat coming up at the end of August, it will be let out through Hamptons when the time comes. Sorry but no idea of the price! thx CP. End of August would be fine. Ideally we would like to move on the 14th but we have until the 30th at the latest. Do you think I'd be able to call Hamptons about it now?
