sorry I searched on here but can not find a thread...

I mean how/at what point you can pay for shipping with credit card to get 10% discount? can I pay for it online (I can not find option to pay online for my parcel?) or can I physicly go to Aramex office collect parcel and pay for it with cc to get the discount?

so confusing...I called Aramex to ask this but got two different answers from two different people in space of 10 minutes so confused how to do it.

Feel better now as just paid for 2 parcels using my visa and got no discount...so promotion is finished ....

I just managed to pay online for it, even though SnS customer service told me on the phone I can not pay online once it reaches Dubai, well parcel arrvd to Dxb yesterday and as of this morning I had no option 'pay online' displayed...only when I checked again just now, option to pay online was available to me so I managed to pay for it... heads up, Visa promo for 10% discount is not available anymore, finished on 15th Jan, only with Marstercard-that is what they told me on the phone because I tried to use Visa card to pay for shipment and discount was not showing so I called them and they said promo with Visa finished, but Mastercard promo stil available thanks

TIA This has just happened to me - I got an S&S activity update on Tuesday evening, yesterday I checked online and there was no option to pay by credit card, this morning I checked again and paid by visa online and got the discount. I believe I saw someone else had said there's a v small window whereby you can pay by cc, so once you get the email telling you your parcel is on its way from your Aramex mail box, start checking your S&S shipping details from time to time. Sorry, don't know why I said Visa, only have Mastercard.. <em>edited by simpleasabc on 26/01/2012</em>

Hi CitronKB, Im using Shop and Ship and to avail of a 10% discount usign credit card you have to use a Mastercard. Go to your account, click on the tracking # and on the right side page, there's 'PAY NOW'. If there's any issues, contact their team by email and they will respond to your inquiry - [email protected]
