I've spent most of last night trying to figure out how to cancel a series recording, but can only seem to cancel individual recordings. I'm using Du by the way. Hope somebody can help me before I go away. Don't want to come back and find 1000 recordings of Barefoot Contessa :\:

If that doesn't work (didn't work on my system), call Du and ask them to to "reset" the decoder, which will "clear" it, and you will have a fresh new device. It took about an hour for it to reboot, but then it was all set.

Go to your menu and select the upcoming show you wish to cancel [under SCHEDULED recordings'>. Click on SERIES INFO and you will be given an option to cancel series. Then do it. Easy. :)
