You could get Timeout kids, they usually have lots of good ideas. Softplays are good. Modesh world. Explorer centre in Mirdiff CC. Water splash play in JBR, early morning should be ok. Ski Dubai snow park. Iceskating. Old Library in Mall of the Emirates.
