How to remove odor from a kitchen cabinet!!
I moved into a new apartment a few months ago. Unfortunately the previous tenants left a distinct smell in the place, which thankfully went away after a month or so. There is however one rather large kitchen cabinet which I am unable to use because the smell from it would not just go away. I have tried everything, cleaned and scrubbed it with every cleaning agent possible, placed jars of baking soda and vinegar in it for days, left it open to air it out(only to find the kitchen smelling the same the next day). The smell is so bad, it sticks to whatever I place inside the cabinet.
I have now given up and have not been able to use the particular cabinet. However am running out of space now. Has any one seen any odor removing product designed for closed spaces, something that I can place inside the cabinet in hope it will help to eliminate the smell? I have checked carrefour/ Co op , and they do not stock any such product.
Any help will be much appreciated. The smell is driving me nuts.
