Main thing i hate in JLT is the open kitchens and the Palm District Chiller Charges. if both of you fine - so go for it. I like the tower from above mentioned points.

its among the better towers in JLT , security is friendly and building doesnt feel "busy". The lobby and lifts are among the best in JLT The pool was shut for almost a year but is open now, maintenance was ok when we moved in, but never needed them after that. Its cluster is very well located, right in the centre of JLT and 10 minutes walk from the metro
