Laundry pick up in the Marina

I have been using Marina Laundry for a year and they have been great! But this week they got a new guy and he is beyond hopeless. I called on Thurs and he said he would collect that night and then never showed. The same thing happened on Friday and Saturday. I normally pay around 9 AED for trousers to be dry cleaned and dont want to pay much more. I have a champion cleaners across the road but they are a total rip off and Blossom is also a little pricey.
Can anyone recommend a home delivery laundry that they use that they use and are happy with? They have to be able to do pick up and drop off in the marina. TIA
