Looking to rent JBR apt - anyone going on holidays?

I live in JBR in a one bedroom apartment with my husband. My mother is visiting mid Sept to mid October so there is no space for her to stay.
If anyone is going on holidays during this time, would like to rent a JBR apartment for her to stay close (walking distance to us).
Anyone can assist?
