Yes he has been found indeed!!! Has been safe and sound with a family looking for his original home for a month now! The other owners dumped him days after getting him (not a few days ago) and luckily this new family found him! They are fostering him and he still up for adoption! We are all thrilled he is safe and sound!!! :) :)

this is the 3rd time I have asked this question. I will ask in a different way then :)...how many people have you got working the labour camps with posters. Reason is, you said he was headed toward a labour camp. These men will pass the word if they see him...they need a picture. So, has anyone bothered to canvas the labour camp? So far, I am understanding that no one has put on the desert boots and hit the camps looking for this dog??? helloooo

We do make them sign an adoption form, and we are always willing to take the dog back if it doesnt work we have no problem at all with that, we dont only want our dogs to be happy but the family as well, this people didnt even contact us, they just let him go!!!!! :( i really hope we find hi, we tried everything possible, every day we have groups of people looking for him at different timings :( There's only so much you can do and sometimes have to rely on basic human decency, a quality these owners were obviously short of. Hope he's found soon.

What a terrible thing for those people to do! Perhaps you could make people who are adopting dogs sign an undertaking that if they do not want the dog they will return the dog to you. Maybe you could also take a 500AED deposit from people who say they are not sure about keeping the dog - the money will be returned if they bring the dog back. The poor dog will be so traumatised at being homeless again and might find it hard to settle in a new home. There was a lovely story in the papers recently about some labourers looking after a stray. I hope the same is happening for Benny.

That is truely disgusting!! I am actually heart broken for Deisel/Benny. If they didnt want him they should have returned him to your care, better still they should never have adopted him in the first place. I would love a dog and would never treat any animal like that but i know i cant commit to one here as i usually go home for summer and now have a baby. heartbreaking, poor boy

THE OWNERS HAVE FINALLY ANSWERED US AND SAID THAT DIESEL / BENNY DIDN'T GET LOST.. THE FAMILY NO LONGER WANTED HIM SO THEY LEFT HIM OUT ON THE STREET!!! I'M SOOOOO ANNOYED NOW! ITS DISGUSTING!!!!!

Good question...and yes, as horrible as it might sound, it is something we suspect for a lot of reasons, and for sure Benny will be looking for a new family as soon as he is found, we have tried all imaginable until now, we just can't wait to find him.. :(

Horrible question really, but are you sure the owner didn't let him loose or dump him somewhere? Sounds like he's not really a very committed dog owner, perhaps he wanted to get rid... The dog must have a municipality tag right so call all the local vets and definitely the Municipality vet and report him missing. Then if he's found they will contact you. I live up in Motor City, but I'll ask my friends in the GC to keep an eye out for Benny

Forgot to say, when my cat went missing, I put photos of him in the Choitrams, both vets, all the 'pool gym' areas, emailed feline friends and the Municipality! I assume he's chipped and got a collar? Yes , chipped and collar, we have put up photos today. :(

Hi Kristina, did you find your dog yet? Which part of the GC do you live in, East or West and what gate? I am in the East (original GC) West gate, Magnolia Lane, will keep a look out for him! One of my cats went missing for 10 nights 2 years ago, thought we had lost him, came back, screaming (hes a very vocal cat!!) starving and dirty! God knows where he had been! Think he must have got locked in someones garage and lost his way home!! I was out every night in my car, looking for him, was so happy to have him home, so hang in there!! Sure he will come home soon.;) WE'RE STILL LOOKING FOR DIESEL/BEN IN THE GREEN COMMUNITY/DUBAI INVESTMENTS PARK AREA. LAST SEEN GOING TOWARDS THE LABOR CAMP AREA,PLEASE KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR HIM He is actually not my dog, we have rescued him from the pound and given him for adoption. THANK YOU!
