Hi All -
@Klijn - My DH HR Dept took care of the costs, so embarassed to say I wouldnt have a clue on pricing. I know they only do full time, not part time
@Om el banat - We had to sponsor, although Kaizen had a pro service we used to assist us with the sponsorship process. Suprisingly (especially for Dubai) it was quite a simple process and they took care of all the hard work.
I hope this helps and cant recommend Richard enough. I hear so many horrible stories from friends about trying to find maids and didnt experience any of that.
Good luck!
Hi Nadia
Just had a look at their website, looks very professional. Can you give some more info: do they sponsor or do you, how much does it cost, only live in or also part timers etc
Thanks!
Hi CK1 - My DH and I just used a company called Kaizen People (kaizenpeople.ae). Lovely South African guy called Richard who runs it and he was very helpful listening to our needs and finding us the perfect maid! She is an absolute star and she was also really happy with Richard.

Maybe get one through an agency so if it happens again u won't be left in the lurch so too speak. My friend uses explorer agency for her full time live in ...as sponsoring is expensive and a waste if ure maid has enough half way through her contract .
she is missing her children and husband and doesn't want to stay in Dubai any longer. Now I am stuck as I have a toddler and a baby on the way. Have interviewed a few maids that have posted on expatwoman but no luck. Does anyone know of a great, realiable maid looking for work?
