We are going to Sponsor a maid from Sri Lanka she was with a family in Dubai and they were leaving so her visa was cancelled and she went home to Sri Lanka for 2 months. She is due to start with us mid September what is the process for he coming back to Dubai will it be a visit visa ?

She can come in on the 'pink visa' which will then be finalized once she has done her medical etc. Ask the PRO at your husband's office to explain it to you. Or maybe they can arrange it for you? You have to pay insurance fees at the Sri Lanka embassy as well.
