I booked the Diamond package as MIL needed use of the buggy to get thru terminal 3. I paid 150dhs and all she got was someone just walked from the airplane to outside the airport building. No buggy was even offered, but that is why I booked it as she finds it difficult to breath and walk with bad bones.

So annoying!!! I want my money back.
