I need to urgently wash the cover but can't get the strap out the bottom! Tried reading instructions - says nothing about straps... but the straps literally keep the cover attached to the base...

PLEASE HELP SOMEONE!

You reminded me to have a look on the internet as I couldn't get ours off either. Found this on BabyWorld " the adjustment strap unhooks but it's quite hard to see that it does as it looks like a solid plastic bar but there's actually a gap in the middle of it. Once it's un-hooked the cover comes off easily. Hope that helps, would be a lot easier if they put a picture in the instructions, we'd near enough removed the whole harness before we realised the strap came off there'' Hope this helps, I will try ours at the weekend.

PLEASE HELP SOMEONE! You need to unloop the strap from the metal bar on the underside from memory. I have one in storage, will double check and confirm.
