Thank you for your reply. I know the neighbours have had enough and have said they will give us the next vets bill. If they continue to scrap they say their cat will die and I'd hate that to happen. I just cant see how this can be resolved.
Not a lot you can do. Cats are territorial and will fight and scrap. My cat fights with our neighbour's cat too, as did our previous cat. You just need to ensure that your neighbour understands this as well. My neighbour and I just smile and shake our heads when our respective cats hiss and spit at each other before their daily scrapping session. The only alternative is to keep one of them indoors which is not fair. The cats will sort themselves out, honestly :)
My cat has been neutered and he was born on the streets and no way can I keep him inside. Where we use to live he was great, he never fought with the other cats and there are lots of street cats where we live now but he only attacks the next door neighbours cat.
Can anyone please help me come up with a solution to stop my cat attacking the next door neighbours cat. Since we moved house my cat keeps on attacking the next door neighbours cat. I keep my cat in at night and they keep their cat in in the day but quite often there's an overlap where one of them hasn't come in. The only solution so far is to text each other morning and night but for how many years are we to do this. Can anyone please help?
