Zak's - the uniform shop in Jumeira sells iron on labels. They will personalize them for you on the spot. I've been using them for a year on my kids' uniforms and they work great so far.

You can also just get t-shirt transfer paper in the print paper section of the supermarket etc., print up your own an iron them on.
