Someone I know is starting an online business soon from Qatar and wants to use Paypal services for customer payments.
However, u need to have a US bank account if you need to withdraw the money from Paypal.
Any ideas how to get payment to a local bank in Dubai or doha? Or are there any other secure websites like Paypal offering such services?

Yes, they do, in Qatar. But Paypal doesnt allow money transfers to bank accounts in Qatar apparently.

Why a US bank account-I use Paypal with an Aussie bank account with no problems-do they have a bank account from their home county they can use?
