I am guessing you want advice on either of these because of your medical ins? Personally, Villa Fortuny is my first choice for all things dental. Both my Ds and myself have seen Dr Nizar for orthodontic treatment. Can't recommend him highly enough.
Hi lizoona, no, not for insurance but trying to find the best orthodontist - both have come highly recommended although have since heard about the bedside manner of the one at Dr M's is not the most friendly.
