Does anyone know where you can get cheap paving slabs from? We want to put a small patio in our garden, but have been quoted a ridiculous price and as we're renting we don't want to spend too much.

Thanks for the info - we just want normal paving slabs to put our bbq on really - not being cheap skates, but spent a lot on our last garden in Abu Dhabi and moved a year later, so don't really want to spend much and put anything too permanent in, in case we end up moving in a years time... I will keep my eyes peeled! :)

The cheapest u could get wd be the block paving that is everywhere in pink or grey. Most gardeners will know someone or they will do it themselves. They do sell it sometimes up atthe souk k Just depends if they have some out the back or not.
