Hi, we have pest control coming round tomorrow for our kitchen, should I clear out everything from the cupboards in the kitchen? Cant remember what I did last year but I think I ended up washing all the dishes after they sprayed....

I just put all food away and all kitchen utensils in the cupboards. However I don't allow them to put cockroach bait gel in my cupboards as I don't want to attract them into the cupboards. I also hide away all toothbrushes and animal foods etc. I usually instruct them just to treat the barrier areas and drains rather than inside my cabinets and drawers. I never really had problem with insects inside them.

Depends on the type of product but, normally, you should remove everything from the kitchen that your family will come into contact with (utensils, dishes, pots) and all food that isn't sealed or in airtight plastic or glass containers. And don't forget to keep any pets away from the room. :)
