Absolutely you can a reply from Homelypetz you need to e mail [email protected], they reply within 24 hours....if you have applied and not got a response maybe you could check your junk mail? maybe you e mailed the wrong address? they always reply within 24hours...

I submitted my enquiry form to Homely Petz last night and got a reply already from them this morning and scheduled an appointment with the cat sitter to meet with me and the cats. I am aware of cat sitters who work privately but I wouldnt personally let anyone enter my house that I do not trust. Homely Petz are the only pet sitting licensed in UAE and I trust they are good. At least, they chose their pet sitters very carefully. I thought about taking them to Urban tails because it is the best pet resort in UAE but 2 of my cats wouldnt appreciate leaving the house so Homely Petz is the best option.. maybe you can try to submit the form again?
