Hi does anyone know anyone who is moving out of the pink villas next to english college??
would really love one of these but cant find one other than the bigger ones which are 200k and out of my budget.

alternatively if anyone knows of any coming up elsewhere with 4 beds on a compound with nice pool it would be greatly appreciated : ))) my budget is 180k one cheque

getting desperate now as container arrives in a few days and still not got a house : ((

I made enquiries in the summer, they were between 170-180 depending on location, SZR facing were cheaper, but if you go thru DREA direct there is no commission to pay, between 2 and 4 cheques.

We have today vacated a 4 bed pink villa, not adjacent to SZR but opposite the sandy car park next to JPS. They are not all emirates villas. We paid 190 last year but I think they are now 180 and it has one of the largest gardens out of all the pink villas. I'm already in the UK my DH is on a flight as I type. The tenancy runs out mid Oct and if you post your email i can give you details for the agent.

A few months ago there was a thread about these villas, they are either the DREC ones or the Sheikh Ahmed (sorry about the spelling, not sure how it goes). Perhaps if you can find that thread you can find out more info? There was a rumour that they are all for Emirates pilots but apparently that is not true.
