Ugghhh have just had a minor accident, cops came I got the pink slip and the fine but when I try to pay the 150 aed on line it's in red which apparently cant be paid online and says to contact them. I've tried ringing both numbers and neither work so I think I'll need to go in person but really don't want to go to bur Dubai with toddler in tow. Does anyone know why I can't pay it and/or if there is a police stn anywhere in new Dubai? TIA

I have also paid a parking fine there at the car registration place. I thought that there was a penatly for unpaid fines.. so much per month? I know that this was the case in Abu Dhabi but apart from one parking fine have not had any others so not sure if its same in Dubai

You have to go to a police station to pay this one. I think there is a facility to pay next to the place you re-register your car on SZR. If my memory serves me correctly you cannot pay it online or over the phone. We were told you have 15 days to pay which was rubbish. They said pay it when you pay any fines when re-registering Hope this helps
