Hi everyone,
I’m a pilates mat teacher with her own business in the Uk. Ideally I’d like to set up my own restorative private Pilates classes.
Does anyone know if there is a market for this? I know there are lots of studios who already run Pilates but I would like to offer a more individual approach aimed at rehabilitation etc.
