really need help on internet question...

Have you considered getting a Blackberry? If you're going to pay all those extra fees, you might as well get something that you will get use out of for more than 4 days. i dont need a new phone, i just want to be able to use my computer while in the hospital.

how come when i ask questions nobody ever answers them but instead gives their opinions... im really not being rude just very curious.... edited by ShannonB on 27/10/2011 That is just the nature of EW! maybe its just my hormones or im reading it wrong but it irritates me because sometimes (depending on the post) i feel like im being questioned, mocked and sometimes even attacked or talked down to. other times people are overly helpful... sometimes even the ones that i took for being rude the day before... and then other people act as if they didnt even read the question and just start talking about something that has nothing to do with what i want to know. lol <em>edited by ShannonB on 27/10/2011</em>

how come when i ask questions nobody ever answers them but instead gives their opinions... im really not being rude just very curious.... i want internet... period end of story. i will be perfectly capable of using it (unless of course something goes wrong)... and i know the prices as i said before i already went to etisalat and du to get the information... they were just not helpful on how much internet i should buy... because i would still like to keep the cost down and not buy the maximum amount and because there are so many options i just wanted to know if anyone knew about this type of stuff (as i do not) and could advice on how much internet would suit what i want to do. my husband CAN in fact upload photos... still not the point... did i really make it sound like i was so bad off that i would be in a coma or something for the 4 days in the hospital???? i just said i had a bad experience/recovery last time and want my husband there to help me because thats what im comfortable with... 4 days is a long time to be bed ridden (for the most part) and i want to have something to do... like take photos of my baby and send them to family... browse around on facebook and the internet in general... skype with my mom. buy a movie from i tunes and download it... none of which is strenuos work... again im not trying to be rude in general or to you guys specifically i just dont understand why a lot of times i post something instead of helping people want to put their 2 cents in and i feel like i have to defend my self or something. maybe im just reading it wrong... i already made the decision to buy internet, just want help on how much... not wether i should or not... i did say i had a bad recovery before, given that that was my experience wouldnt i know first hand if i was capable of using the internet or not??? why would i be trying to buy internet if i werent able to use it??? <em>edited by ShannonB on 27/10/2011</em>

You can upload photos on your phone for FB I do it all the time yes i know you can, but again i dont have internet on my phone...

I thought you were going to be " toughing it out with the nurses" in hospital as you get very poorly? Will you be up to this? i guess i never went into detail before so i will explain since you are curious. well im hoping it wont be like last time... but even then i was still capable of sitting my lap top in front of me and browsing the internet... especially if my husband isnt going to be with me i imagine i will get bored very quickly. it wasnt that i had specific complications last time... i was jsut given a lot of meds that i had an allergic reaction too so i was very out of it for the first day (not able to spend time with the baby)... and then after that it was very hard to move and get around (i hear some people do better with this than others) i didnt do well at all but maybe this time i will do better having been through it before. even so i still prefer my husband help me to wash my hair and take me to the bathroom etc.. since i cant do it on my own, i also prefer the baby to be in the room with me and the only way thats possible is if my husband is there because i couldnt get up on my own to handle or take care of the baby... i just prefer he be my nurse it is more comfortable for me than a stranger... that being said i still want to update family back home with photos and will still want something to do etc... so ideally would like to have internet maybe im confused with your question or maybe before i made it sound as if i would be unconscious or something? lol didnt mean to make it sound as if i was so bad off that i wouldnt want or be able to enjoy some form of entertainment afterall i will be sitting in a bef for 4 days i will need something to do. i just had a very unpleasent experience in general last time all the way around, it was one thing after another there... and i hope its different this time...

well i have my shows downloaded already but i might want to download more... i was just listing the things in general i may want to do on the internet to give and responders and idea of how much internet i will need... i dont have internet on my phone... thats a whole other story (it wont work for whatever reason... but even so i wouldnt be able to upload photos) the hospital does not have wifi... which is the problem and why i want to buy one of these little usb internet things... i have no idea what a dongle is..?? maybe thats what its called but i dont know.
