Mods - can I leave this here for some Dubai specific advice pl. My nanny's best friend is having some gynaecological issues and is in such severe pain she may be forced to return to Nepal and will have large monetary implications. I'd like to help her by taking her to a good gynae and am willing to pay for it but obviously would like someone who understands the circs and neither prescribes too many medicines or charges me an arm and a leg for tests. Can anyone reco some such person? I understand we'll have to pay the normal consultation - I'd just like to ensure it is money well spent.
