Recommendations for dinner cruise for small conference

I'm organising a conference of about 30 people and I'd like to do a dinner cruise for either the opening dinner or closing dinner with something overlooking the fountains at Souk Al Bahar for the other.
Are there any really good small dinner cruise boats where it would basically be just us? Or should I just go with a few tables with Bateaux Dubai?
What about the souk... where would you go? Rivington Grill? Never been myself but I can't think what else would be good there. I suppose the Lebanese is ok but most of these people are middle eastern so not really a novelty.
