I have always postponed it but should do it now! When my maid came to work for us, she threw her "old" health card. We need to get one for her but all I have is her Health ID number. I went online but I tried to create a username and password and it says I already have an account but the 2 don't match. I can't remember even setting an account so don't know what to do next.
