we are in springs, villas are very old, landlords are very cheap, once signed you'll not reach them. springs 10 doesn't have pool. make sure to check AC (main problem), pest control is done or not before moving otherwise you will have lots of insects inside (flying cockroaches, lizards ...) . good luck

They are older Villas so I would suggest to make sure that if there is anything wrong with it, the landlord will fix it and pay for it. Our friends had massive problems with drainage but not sure if it is common issue. Thanks Bluebutton, that seems to be a major concern. I will definitely look to take out amaintenance contract.

We're looking to rent out in The Springs - recently found a property there that we like. What should I look out for in particular to make sure everything is okay with the house etc? I have found one in Springs 10. Is this a better built villa? Thanks
