Just wanted to share
a - that there is a repair company in Sharja for Henry vacuums - should you need one
b - the very good customer service I received from this company
I emailed them - the next day they came from sharja to Umm suqueim to collect the vacuum cleaner
told me they also supply spare parts ( only 68 dhs for a new head/brush)
they returned the vacuum cleaner after two days - fixed - free of charge!! (was not under warranty as it's about 12 years old)
Who says you don't get service in Dubai??
