Hi, I'm doing some early research and wondered if you ladies would tell me what you are paying for a 3 bed villa plus maids room - for the areas that you live in.

I'm not sure what area we may move to so all answers appreciated.

We are in very spacious 3 bed with separate outside maids room. 2 bathrooms upstairs, one down and a massive garden. We are in Jumeira 3 - just next to Spinneys on Al Wasl and paid 130k (2 cheques) I think there are many great deals if you shop around. We found ours driving around and called the number on the to let board. I see many in my area between Park and Shop and Spinneys

We're in a 3 bed plus outside maid's room just off Diyafah St and paying 95, would be 100 but the company already had one. Our villa is Union Properties and the maintenance is fantastic, such a huge change from anywhere else we've lived!

We moved to Jumeirah 1 last Sept paying 125K for 3 very good size rooms and 1 maid's room. All with en suite bathrooms and 1 additional toilet. A large space for living and dining room and a big extra family room. We however get a very small garden....good for easy maintenance but not good for kid's birthday party :( The villa is not perfect but love the spaciousness and layout. Not sure how much we would hv to pay when we renew though.

springs 3m (with study) 115k in 4 cheques. this is our 3rd year in same villa and we renegotiate down each year, though the LL has a new agent who was being a bit stubborn this year.

We live in Arabian Ranches in a 1M. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and a family area. Downstairs there is a lounge, didning room, kitchen, maids room and a study which we use as an extra bedroom because it is so big and garage for 2 cars. We paid AED 145,000 with a maintenance contract as well. Oh and 4 cheques as well :). Happy hunting.

3 bed + maids (2088 sq ft) in Exec Towers (Business Bay near Downtown/Burj K) are renting for about 110k Are those villas or the actual apartments? Just asking because I saw a couple of apartments advertised for 80-85k

Zannie I dont know that many places offering cheap rent are doing 12 cheques to be honest. Better to try for a different type of deal like same price 14 months or something?

We have a single storey 3 bed plus outside maids room and large surrounding garden for 90K in mirdif off the flight path - this was last June though. DH company has just asked to renew our contract and the landlord didn’t drop! Friend has just moved to a very spacious 4 bedroom 3 storey townhouse all en-suite bedrooms with build in wardrobes, plus outside maids and private pool for 125K in mirdif off the flight path. They moved from springs 4, two bedroom villa with larger garden and that went for 80K

I'm interested to know what 85K will get you at the moment (in monthly/12 cheques)? We're paying 84k in DG for the largest apartment. We like it here and not planning to move, however, would be interested what else is out there, maybe we'll change our minds when our lease is up in September. Mirdiff or that end of town is too far out. Would need to be New Dubai end or central.

Hi cheeky, there are 3 bed townhouses available with free months rent for 135K at the back of the ranches in Al Waha and 3 beds without maids room in Al Reem in Arabian Ranches are 120K ( 3m) or with maids room (2m) is 150K. if you need further info..let me know debs hh
