We're going to Seychelles in November for 4 nights and would prefer to stay in Mahe Island or close by...any hotel recommendations? Ideally beach front or easy beach access with good amenities for adults and children, 4/5 star preferred (spa and kids club a bonus ;-)

Yikes! We defintely didn't pay that much! The hotel had only been open a few months at the time, so I think they may have had some special rates when we went. Hope you can find a good deal there - it is lovely.

Hi Mama Maria Last April we had a wonderful week at the Constance Ephelia resort on Mahe. They have a kids club, but our son didn't really spend much time there, as we were always in the pool or on the beach. http://www.epheliaresort.com/ Have a lovely holiday! Thanks Redleaf, I just had a look online and it looks ideal....except the price :-(, the dates we are going quotes a rate of €1560 per room per night and it looks like we'll need 2 rooms! I'm going to send them an email with my requirements and see what they can offer as their website seems a bit unreliable for prices...changing dates by one week brought the price down to €500. thanks again x <em>edited by Mama Maria on 05/10/2011</em>
