I have had laser on some regions, and i was happy. Not practical on my legs though, as far as I know. I have waxed my legs for 13 years, the hair grows back thin and fine and is not really noticeable so I find it the best way to go.
ETA I hate spikey day after shaving legs!

Neither! Laser is the way forward.
i hope you know that laser does not totally remove all your hair. it reduces its thickness and it makes you have chinese like thin hair. best is to wax as when the hair re-grows, it does not poke you like when you shave. also hair comes off the roots making your skin look brighter and radiant.
It's said that waxing gradually reduces the hair regrowth but I've been waxing for many years and not found this to be the case at all. I'm as hairy now as I ever was.
I've had my bikini line lasered and love that I don't have to wax there any more. The major downside of waxing v shaving is that you have to allow a bit of regrowth before you can re wax but I still much prefer it over shaving.
Just do it. You will be thankful....not now, but in a few months time, and defo in a years time.
I have not shaved my legs now in years...at least any growth I have is tolerable, unlike shaving growth.
