I use Right Maids, I always have the same lady (once a week) and once a month I have her and a friend come in to do a super clean (moving furniture/cleaning oven/fridge) and I always get the same friend. They don't arrive at 2pm on the dot but I know she will be there by 2.30pm and she always does a 4 hour shift. This doesn't worry me and if I know I am going to be out, I leave the house key with one of the houses in the compound and she has always done the work whether I am there or not. The driver picks them up in the same rotation as he drops them off. The office staff are good as well, I can call at short notice for babysitting or additional help. I pay a cheque for the month's cleaning at the beginning of the month as I hate having to find the right money every week and I always get an invoice for the work done.
