I have a suspicion that my maid is pregnant... what to do!? Has anyone been in this position?
She is going round the house dry wretching at everything and definately run down... but says "Don't worry Madam, I am ok"...
Any thoughts?

Agree - I will grill her a bit more. But, getting sense out of them can be difficult! Will offer to send her to the Dr's for blood test... and see what comes! She has been in Middle East for a few years, so I am sure she knows the repercussions. Regarding being just sick - there is always something wrong! Sore back, shoulder, teeth, ulcers, headaches, period pains(?) and now dry wretching! You get a bit sick (no pun intended) of it all! Thanks for advice. Will keep posted - might be in need of a new maid!

Maybe she is just not well, give her a morning to go to the doc and see what comes after. If she is new to Dubai she needs to know the complications of a pregnancy aut of wed lock.

Tell her that she needs to go to the doctor and that you will take her for a blood test because you don't want her to pass on whatever she has to the rest of the family. If she has had relations she will freak out and maybe come clean. If she is pregnant, I would suggest you keep it quiet and put her on the next flight home
