Hi all,

Hubbie has decided to build on his running success last winter by doing some triathalons this year (or half ones anyway). He is fine on bike and running but he needs some help making his swimming stronger.

Could anyone recommend a swimming instructor for adults? Most we've found so far are during the day and for kiddies.

Seth runs Dubai masters swimming club so go to their Facebook. Group or Kings is the school at Um Sequim ...google it for directions and just turn up about 10min prior cost 40 dhs per lesson I have his number but prefer not to post it so after all that u still want his # will give it to you

most tri people go to Seth who has sessions at Kings at 7pm Sun thru Wed and Sat mornings at 7.30
