Hi All

I wanted to share my recent experience with the above mentioned company Alo Maids. Take caution when using their services. We hired their maids to clean our apartment in the marina. They damaged our table-scratched it considerably as well as broke the hoover and then refused to pay for the damages. Currently we are in contact with consumer complaints dept with the DED to see how we can proceed. Despite us even offering to go 50/50 the company refused to cooperate.

The last maid they sent to us was also not trained at all. I personally had to take 2 mornings of work to train her myself, even the basics of using hot water when mopping and using a dry cloth when polishing wood were not there.

Just thought I would share this so no one else faces the same. Since then we have got a great cleaning company who charge the same and do a great job with no damages.

Thanks for sharing. As long as you are not promoting a business, your comment is to help others. Once we had an issue with burnt school uniform and we got the refund as per the new purchase slip. Of course it was different agency.

Hi Jasmine Please be careful when mentioning company names here. Personally, I would remove your posting.
