I need to find an excellent Psychiatrist in Dubai who specialises in teenagers and bi polar disorder. They must also be fluent in English. If anyone has had an experience please can you let me know?

As far as I know, the clinical psychologist who worked with teenagers at the Dubai London Clinic is on maternity leave. She is British and her name is Dr Fiona. Maybe ring them up and see if she's coming back or if they have a replacement for her?

Theres apparently a very good lady at Dubai London Clinic on Beach road. Don't know her name but I believe she is British. Dr Amer personally I wouldn't recommend. Its down to personal preference though.
