I normally tip AEd 20 or 30 each plus offer water during the job and cans of coke to take away but the other day 5 guys turned up and although I was happy with the work, I couldn,t decide how much to give them so just gave them water and coke and then felt dreadful! How much would you have given them each? or would you have just handed some to the supervisor? and how much? Is it even necessary as an annual contract has been paid for?????
