I'm writing this to warn other pet owners. Do not use Pet Palace Kennels. Their service is shocking and the staff employed( only 3 staff members) have no training or knowledge on how to look after pets!
My animals stayed their and when I got them back it was a sad time!!! When I spoke to the owner he didn't care amd was extremely rude. Still waiting for a call back 1 week after!
Terrible service and shocking state of kennels.
My furry babies will be off to a more dedicated kennels for christmas.
