Hi ladies,
My husband & i and our little toddler girl are travelling to Rome in September, however i am finding it really difficult to find a nice, descent, clean, near to city centre and budgeted hotel or B&B...
I would really appreciate it if you can help me, or if any of you have stayed somewhere they can reccomend.

Thank you ladies..

http://www.hotelvilladelparco.it I used to live and work just around the corner from this 3 star, family feel, very clean and comfortable hotel. I still use it now when I travel to Rome. It is conveniently placed on a bus route which will get you to Via Veneto/Spanish Steps within about 10 minutes. It has a garden too which is a great boon for families with small children. The walk from the hotel to Via Veneto is only 20 minutes and if your child is in a puschair the walk is fine... the roads are so busy I wouldn't personally enjoy the stroll with a toddler. However, I used to do the walk each morning to work and it was really pleasant. Have a lovely trip - wherever you decide to stay.

I have always used trip advisor on our travels and found something. I have found that sometimes apartments are cheaper than hotels and B&B's.
