You mean a jilbab? In Dubai I think I saw some at one of the Carrefours and I'm pretty sure Panda at DFC had them at one stage. There are heaps here in Doha but that's no help to you sorry :-( (A jilbab is a like a floor length coat with buttons right down the front. Its popular in Turkey and Syria.)

I know nothing of these things, but when I have visited Istanbul, the ladies have had their heads covered, and were wearing a long-sleeved coat and trousers. Multi-coloured, not black. Not yet seen a Turkish lady wearing an abaya. Or am I misunderstanding your question - is there a type of abaya known as a Turkish Abaya? I'm genuinely interested. Sorry I can't help you. edited by simpleasabc on 16/10/2011 Yeah you are right am looking for the same multicolored coats which Turkish women wear in Istanbul. I love the style and it also covers well ones body like an abaya does Thats why I am looking for that. Can any one help me to fin TURKISH COAT here in Dubai or Sharjah????
